At CWTEE, every item is made on demand just for you. Once production begins, we canβt make changes β so please review your order carefully before checkout.
π ORDER MODIFICATIONS & CANCELLATION

Cancellations: Because our products are printed immediately after ordering, we can only cancel orders within 1 hour of purchase. After that time, your order enters production and cannot be canceled.

Modifications: If you need to change your shipping address, product size, or other details, please contact our Customer Support team at support@cwtee.com within 12 hours of placing your order. After that window, weβre unable to modify your order.
π¦ DEFECTIVE / INCORRECT / DAMAGED / LOST ORDERS
If your order arrives defective, damaged, incorrect, missing, or stolen, please reach out to support@cwtee.com as soon as possible. Include your order number and photos or videos of the issue so our team can assist you quickly.
We can only process claims made within 5 days of delivery.
π CUSTOMS FEES
All customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the recipient. If your order incurs customs fees, your local customs office will notify you to complete payment before delivery.
