How can I get a bulk or wholesale offer?
Email support@cwtee.com with:
- Your name and company (if any)
- Shipping address
- Product link(s) or description
- Quantities and sizes
- Needed-by date
What should I do if my payment isn’t accepted?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, PayPal, and Apple Pay.
If payment fails, wait a few minutes and try again, check your available funds, and confirm that your bank allows online or international payments.
If it still doesn’t work, email support@cwtee.com with your payment method and a screenshot of the error.
I see an extra charge after paying. Why?
Some banks add a small fee for international or cross-border transactions.
If you think you were double-charged or billed incorrectly, send a screenshot to support@cwtee.com and we’ll review it.
How can I change the quantity in my cart?
In your cart, use the plus or minus buttons next to the item, then update.
If you already checked out, email support@cwtee.com within 12 hours so we can try to adjust it before production.
Can I order a personalized design?
Yes! Email support@cwtee.com with:
- Product idea or link
- Quantity and sizes
- Design details (text, color, placement, etc.)
- Deadline if needed
How can I cancel or modify my order?
Because everything is printed on demand:
- Cancellations: within 1 hour of purchase
- Modifications (address, size, etc.): within 12 hours of purchase
After those windows, your order is already in production and can’t be changed or canceled.
Contact support@cwtee.com as soon as possible.
Can I change my delivery address after shipping?
Once your order has shipped, we can’t change the address.
You can reach out to the carrier with your tracking number to request an update or pickup hold.
How can I track my order?
You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order ships.
You can also track directly through the carrier’s website using the provided number.
When will my order arrive?
Production usually takes 5–7 business days.
Estimated delivery times:
- US: 5–10 business days
- International: 7–15 business days
Delivery time can vary depending on your location, customs, and season.
My tracking stopped updating. What should I do?
Tracking may pause during transit or customs checks. Most update again within a few days.
If there’s no update for over 10 days, email support@cwtee.com and we’ll check it.
My order hasn’t arrived.
Email support@cwtee.com with your order number. We’ll investigate with the carrier.
My order arrived damaged, incorrect, or with a print issue.
Email support@cwtee.com within 5 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos or a short video of the issue.
If eligible, we’ll send a free replacement — no need to return the defective item.
I’m not satisfied — can I return my order?
We don’t accept returns, but we do offer free replacements for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
Email support@cwtee.com with details and photos so we can make it right.
My order went to the wrong address.
If you entered the wrong or incomplete address, we aren’t responsible for lost or returned packages.

Will I be charged customs or VAT?
International orders may incur customs, VAT, or import fees when they arrive in your country.
These charges are set by your local customs office and must be paid by the recipient.
