If something doesn’t look or feel right, please email us at support@cwtee.com — we’ll make it right!

By placing an order on our site, you agree to the terms below.


🕒 CANCELLATION & MODIFICATION

If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us at support@cwtee.com as soon as possible.

  • Cancellations: We can only cancel your order within 1 hour of purchase. After that, it enters production and can no longer be canceled.

  • Modifications: You may request changes (such as address or size updates) within 12 hours of placing your order. After that time, your order details are locked and cannot be changed.

Please note:

  • A 20% management and transaction fee applies to order cancellations.

  • Orders with design modifications may take longer to process, especially during holiday seasons.


💫 REPLACEMENT & REFUND

We currently do not accept returns, but we do offer free replacements if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
You do not need to return the original item.

We’ll gladly resend or refund if:

  • The item is significantly different from its description.

  • The item is damaged or misprinted due to our production or the carrier.

  • You received the wrong product.

For other cases not listed above, we can offer a partial refund (excluding shipping fees).

Please allow for slight color variations (up to 20%) between product photos and actual items, as lighting and monitor displays may differ.


📸 HOW TO FILE A CLAIM

To help us assist you quickly, please email support@cwtee.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos or video clearly showing the issue

    • For printing errors, please include close-up photos.

    • For placement or sizing issues, include a ruler or measuring tape in your photos.

  • Your full delivery address

  • A contact phone number

Our team will review your case and, if eligible, ship a free replacement. If a replacement isn’t possible, we’ll issue a full refund for the affected item.


🚚 INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

If your order is delivered to the wrong address or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer:

  • We are not responsible for undelivered or lost packages.

  • The customer must cover the cost of reordering or replacement.
